We do not price our structures by square foot because of the amount of custom options we offer. For sheds, the different options on windows, doors, paint, electrical package, finish ready, series package, etc. affect the price greatly. Therefore, we do not have set square foot pricing for each structure. When you work with your designer, they will design out the building and work up a quote that has the exact pricing on your structure and everything that is included.
The same concept applies to the cabins and garages. We are going to design based on your needs. When you and the designer talk about what exactly you’re wanting in your cabin or garage, the price will fluctuate. There are multiple variables to consider so a set square foot price is not available. After a design with your specific criteria laid out in the plan, the designer can give a price per square foot for your project.
